For event registration purposes, we collect your name, surname, title, email, job title and institution.
For the purposes of registration for the event, the data collection shall be carried out solely by the person concerned’s consent at the time of registration.
When agreeing to the event registration, you consent to the processing of your personal data (title, name, surname, email, job title and institution) solely for the purposes set forth above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us through our contact form.
As part of the registration for event, we do not distribute, sell or rent to third parties your undisclosed personal information in the Participant List (email, job position).
As part of your event registration, we keep your personal information until the event’s website will be alive.
Within the registration for the event, you have the right to request access to personal data relating to you as the data subject, the right to correct them or to delete or limit the processing, or to dispute the processing.
We process data from the registration form based on legitimate interest.
